: The BCEA Negotiation Team responds to issues that the district has, along with issues that our faculty may want to negotiate. They gather information from faculty each semester to create a list of issues to address with the district.

The Negotiation Team meets as a group 3-4 times a month or as needed to prepare for negotiation with the district. and also meet directly with the district negotiating team 2 times per month. At times they also work with CTA representation to develop strategies to improve the overall working environment for our faculty including salaries and benefits.
